I had a great stay at a cozy guest house close to the beach promenade, with a fantastic open-hearted host. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the haggis. The guest house was conveniently located close to a good restaurant with good vegetarian options. It was also easy to get back to the city centre, with a bus station right in front of the house.
The bathroom was not in the room.

The rooms werenice and neat, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any queries or needs. the location was perfect, as it was right in front of a bus stop and close to Portobello beach.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room at Aynetree Guest House was warm, clean, and cosy. I loved the comfortable bed and the great facilities provided. The breakfast was wonderful and the owner was lovely and helpful. The location was excellent, with easy access to a bus service and just a short ride to the city. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel.
